Refund policy

Orders Disclaimer:
The courier will try to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Ensure you are reachable and available to receive the order during these attempts. Any postponement, address change, or failure to pick up the order will count as an attempt.

Packages may not be opened while the courier is waiting.
Items cannot be tried on while the courier is waiting.

Exchanges

  • Clothing purchased from Klean can be exchanged for another size or color online within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tag intact.
  • Please note that for each exchange you will be charged 100egp delivery fees. 
  • Fill the exchange form, once your exchange request is confirmed, our team will arrange for the delivery of your requested item.
  • We do not accept exchanges on sale items & swimwear  & gift cards

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only, and only in cases where there is an issue from our side (such as a defect, damage, or receiving an incorrect item). To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Kindly note that our return process takes 7–10 business days. Once the package is received from the shipping company and inspected by our team, our Customer Service team will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the refund process.

Please note that returns are not free of charge. Shipping fees for both the original delivery and return shipment (round-trip shipping costs) will be deducted from the total amount paid to cover shipping and handling expenses.

Refunds are processed as follows:

• If the original payment was Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued via Instapay.

• If the payment was made by Visa/Card, the refund will be processed back to the same bank card.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear and bodysuits for hygienic reasons
Discounted items cant be combined with gift cards  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Frequent Order Cancellations

To maintain efficient service, accounts with repeated cancellations will be monitored.

  • Customers who cancel two or more orders, do not receive their deliveries, or cancel orders with a total value exceeding 4,000 EGP will be required to complete future purchases using online or Instapay payment.

  • Accounts with frequent cancellations are automatically flagged. Based on cancellation history, payment methods may be restricted to online or Instapay only.

  • Customers who cancel more orders than they successfully receive will be temporarily restricted from placing new orders. Access will be restored once successful, completed deliveries exceed canceled orders.
